The Chili Peppers' newest record, I'm With You. So far I like it, but the only track I've really listened to (or even remember right now) is "Raindance Maggie," which is one of their better songs in a long time, I think.

Kick-Ass: The Score. For some reason I'm drawn to films scored by John Murphy before I even know he was involved. Some of the best combinations of pre-existing pieces I've heard, particularly in the tracks "Big Daddy Kills" and "Strobe," though my favorite is "Flying Home," which, as far as I know, is an original piece.

The entire album's pretty great. I've been on an Indie trek the past week (been watching Juno and loved the soundtrack, so I started digging around for more). Usually the Indie I hear sucks (not even Arcade Fire impressed me as much as I wanted them to), but the stuff I've been exposed to lately is kinda cool.

Kindergarten: The Achtung Baby Uber Deluxe Edition Alternative

They're just demos of what made it to the original album, but I've been listening to this all afternoon.

Edit: I had no idea what the title meant, but apparently it's supposed to be a part of the 20th anniversary reissue of the album. It comes with a shit load of goodies I guess, this 'Kindergarten' disc being one of those.
