I have had some problems with my internet connection... And my comp has been "updating" itself when starting takes much longer that it normally would. Rolling Eyes

Though, I just updated it by myself and now it seem to work normally, just don't know how long that will last. -.-

A friend of mine called me in in the middle of dinner yesterday to tell me that Twilight beat out films like Inception and Black Swan at the MTV Movie Awards for movie of the year or whatever the hell.

Couldn't connect to internet. It turned out that my router (G) no longer worked. Upgraded to an (N) router which is faster, but had to fork over $50

Logging in here after such a long time. On one hand I know it's about as smart as picking at an old wound, on the other hand there's a strangely pleasant sense of nostalgia I get from seeing the old "What" threads that basically made the rest of the board redundant.

I was on the bus heading home minding my own business. I was listening to music and was dozing. When I first got onto the bus there was a guy sitting 2 seats away from me drinking a beer. No one said anything since we're coming from Coney Island and there's always someone trying to kill a beer while on the bus. So I'm dozing off, minding my own business...and then something tells me to open my eyes. I peek up and I see a woman staring at the man who was drinking beer. I glance over and the man is snorting cocaine out of his hand. When I say snorting...he's cutting it with his metrocard in his hand...and then holding it up to his nose and snorting loudly. Now that woke my ass up. I look off to the side and a man is staring at him. Mind you this man is with his wife and two small daughters.

When the guy was done he put a pair of sunglasses on. Its 10:30 pm. He has no reason to be wearing them but alas he has them on. As soon as he starts wiping his hand on his knee to get the coke off...a woman sits next to him. The rest of the ride I'm wide awake.

Granted this isn't as bad as walking with my boyfriend and seeing a homeless dude masturbating...but its pretty damn close.

I swear. Only in NY.
