Finished up FMA:B this morning. Much better than the other IMO.

^To me, there's just this one thing I can't seem to put my finger on whenever I watch Brotherhood that just annoys the fuck outta me. The story is great, so's the animation and almost everything, just... there's something about it that I dislike so much that I couldn't finish it.

The older '03 series just had this charm to it that got to me. Maybe the story split wasn't such a good idea, but the way they told that story was great for what they had/came up with. I dunno, maybe I'll have to go through both sometime to see whether or not it's nostalgia that's getting to me and not actual quality.

I've started watching "American Horror Story: Asylum." I gave up halfway through the first series, but this one is significantly better. It has a plot that isn't just "Let's make a show about a haunted place and throw in as many horror tropes as we can."

Also started watching the CBS Sherlock series "Elementary". I like the interaction between Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu but I haven't decided about the rest of it.
