You definitely should - The Man in the High Castle is set in an alternative present where the Allies lost the Second World War and America was divided up between Germany and Japan. Ubik is brilliant.

Yes, they're both fantastic. The trilogy lays the foundation for the entire cyberpunk genre, imo. Much better than his second trilogy, Virtual Light, Idoru and All Tomorrow's Parties, although they're very much worth the read too. Count Zero is a much pacier read, very much in the same line as Neuromancer, but Mona Lisa in many ways is probably the best of the three. If you're a fan of the author, Pattern Recognition is particularly good too.
