Canada? The World Wars, Korean War, and the War in Iraq. But Canada has never declared war, or been the direct victim of war, ever. We also don't give as much attention to our military as the Americans do.
Don't go dissing other nations when America needs a good ass wiping as well. And liquor in this country is not more expensive. |

Dude, don't get me started about the NS (dutch railway company). Yesterday, I had fucking 1,5 hours delay, travelling from Groningen to Amsterdam, because some punks threw a rock at the train from a bridge, and then I ended up witnessing a very ugly fight with a communist beating up a young nazi -very severely. Finally, I ended up in a heated argument with some young streetwise kids at the nightbusses about...fuck, I forgot
The meeting halfway is a good idea, methinks. That would be Reykjavik, which is a great place for sex.
I know.
I lived there with my Finnish girlfriend.

You know what was so funny one day. Me and three of my friends bought a Herfst-tour (that means that during the autumn you can travel across the entire country for only 35 euros or something). That also ment we could travel first class. So we went to the first class compartment and then the ticket guy came over to us, looked at us and said, on a really annoying tone: "And where do you think you're going?". So we showed them our tickets and he said: "Oh... ok..." That was so funny.
We also have this joke that being a janitor on a school is the worst job you could ever have. (No offense to any janitors here) We reckoned that they were just there to remind us what would happen if we wouldn't get our diplomas. So that day, during the Herfst-tour, we figured it out. Being a ticket guy (what's the word again in English?) is just one step up from being a janitor... in other words, they're just janitors who want to get around. (Also no offense to any ticket guys here)
