I was gonna say something with sharpening it, but that's kind of boring by now.
Cut off really tiny pieces, and insert them in someone's eye when he/she is sleeping. Each night, add another piece, while telling him/her there's totally nothing wrong with his/her eyes. Eventually he/she will go ape-shit crazy and for some completely unknown reason he/she will start sharpening plectrums and use them to slash people's throats.
