Used to have one of those when I was still living together with my girlfriend. I'm not missing it as much as I thought I would. _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

My current apartment is too small for one. My last apartment didn't have the kitchen space for one. I don't mind washing the dishes. What I really hate is having to put them away (the main reason why I hate using the dishwasher--so many more dishes to have to put away at one time!). _________________ "Yeast devil! Some crows have nested in a tree in our back yard.
The chicks are crying out for food constantly. It's maddening. _________________

Why would an english teacher ask his mother for a dish washing machine?
If anything, he should get a maid. If she's hot, you get the benefit of freaky lunch-time sex... oh, and she does other stuff, too. |

Resurrected because my city's justice system has about as much integrity as swiss cheese.
Just a half-hour ago I got pulled over by cops for speeding on a major roadway. Apparently I was going 114 kph in an 80 zone. Now I admit I was likely pushing 90 but 114? 34 over the limit? No, I was not speeding. But I did have a radar detector...
They must have caught the speed off another asshole on the road, and noticed that I had a radar detector hanging on my wind-shield. "Hey, let's fuck him over instead!" Probably didn't help that I had a university parking pass to aggravate them even more. Needless to say, I intend to take this shit to court.
Now I don't know how cops are like where you guys live, but over here the term 'pig' almost fits them, but a better term would have to be 'weasel'. You can't enter the police force without having a well-developed talent for fucking people over. They're pushing for any means to suck money out of civilian's wallets. They place 50 kph signs in areas that should be marked 60 or 70. They want to convert all the red-light cameras into speed cameras as well. And now they'll pull over kids under the pretence of doing 34 over when the real reason is that they don't like radar detectors on their road.
It's a fucking disgrace over here. Between the weasels lurking and idiots everywhere driving like utter morons Calgary must have the worst roads anywhere. Christ.
Note: No the radar detector didn't pick up their gun. They were not even pointing at me! _________________

This is most likly the first and last time I will say this but, I wish cops here were more vigilant toward the reckless drivers, there are so many fuckwits on the road. As an engine reconditioner I do know a fair bit about cars, and I am into them in a big way, so burnouts, speeding, drag racing etc is alot of fun, but the thing is, around melbourne we have I think three venues that host LEGAL off street racing almost every friday night.
It shits me that people put so many others at risk just so they can look cool in front of their mates or underage girl friends or what ever they are fucking at the time. And if one is are quite serious about motorsport, there are SO MANY clubs you can join that are all approved by the Chamber of Australian Motorsport that host race meets at the real tracks we have in close proximity to melbourne. Sure it costs more, but its sooo much fun to flog the guts out of your machine on a race track such as Phillip Island, Sandown and Winton (which is fucking tops!)
Oh rant, rant, rant... Oh yeh, the whole reason I decided to post, Radar detectors are fucking illegal here, alot of people still use them though. _________________ "When I get home... I am going to do so much fucking cocaine..." |

While I think it sucks if you are being wrongly targeted, I agree with Syn on the crackdown for the "real" speeders. Freakin' hate those wanna-be racers. Are detectors illegal in Canada?
Some of our laws state that they are illegal, but not a pull-over-able offense. Can you argue a ticket in Canada? We have an option for doing that here. In addition, some states (not sure if all) have "traffic school" where you can go, pay your ticket, pay for the "course" and, upon completion, NOT have the ticket reported to the insurance company. Thus, rates don't automatically go up -- assuming it was a minor offense.
My Wiff got caught in a Sting operation (which is my police pet peeve). Apparently, she wasn't at a complete stop when a pedestrian decided to set one foot on the crosswalk (not that had the right of way, a "walk" sign or anything), BUT... so it goes. Ticket wasn't that expensive, but couple that with the traffic school and time spent it was close to $200. _________________ "If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak." |

Ok so new people moved in to a house outside my neighborhood.
The old ppl who used to live there were nice and quiet.
So my nefew (hes five) came to visit and was riding his bike. My grandmother lives on the road outside the neighborhood as well. S ohe rode there. Ten minutes into the visit his bike is gone. So i walk around and see it outside the new ppls garage. I walk up and the wife walks out and starts accusing me off stealing the bike. I tell her its my nefew and she glares at the kid until he crys. So i take him away.
I plan to ge tthat bike. And get back at that bitch. _________________ Clueless and the Grammer Unerwnschte
