I was entirely impressed with the way he responded to the guy with the squirt microphone. Calm, rational, reasonable - he made the guy look like the gloryhound ass that he was. I figure if more of them reacted that way to people making jackasses of themselves, it would stop quite promptly. It's the gone-postal reaction they want, after all.
