I'm looking for a science fiction movie that I saw on television somewhere in 1998. As far as I remember it was pretty bad, and I think it was even lip synched (so maybe not originally English spoken?).
Anyway, as I was working on a song at the time, I sampled snippets of dialogue from the movie and now that I want to recreate the song but don't have the original samples at hand, I need to find it again.
Here's the dialogue:
"Chelsea hotel, room 17 [?]. The Indian virus is working, and I'm about to become an angel" [in the background, someone is moaning something like "I'll die - we're all damned to hell"
"Our world ends here. We're like two fish in a bowl. They [...] it off like a sea, but..." [big crashing noise].
"But it's you I remember"

I think I know the one you're talking about. Unfortunately, I did not pay much attention to it and cannot remember the title myself.
You should just scrap that noise and sample GNFOS.

Honestly, I don't remember. Like Digit, I didn't pay attention, I had just pushed the record button of my tape recorder and later took some pieces that suited the song I was creating at the time (it's very DJ Shadow influenced).
Something about people in cyberspace and people in the real world. I think. Some future which was very neon and cyberpunk.
And Simon, it was broadcast on tv in 1998, so it's probably from some time earlier. But that list could be helpful, thanks!

More info would be useful. Genre? Animated/Live Action? Famous actors?
If we had the quotes to sample I'm sure one of us would be able to at least narrow down an actor and just IMDB the voice.
