From the guy that brought you Spirited Away, it's Ponyo, something similar and not so similar to the Little Mermaid. It was released in Japan in 2008 but it's only just making its way everywhere else.
I'm not entirely sure what your opinions on anime are but I think Miyazaki is an animation legend. |

I've only seen 3 othe films by this studio, Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, and Kiki's Delivery Service, and I thought they were all great. So yes, I do want to see this film. _________________ Only the strongest will survive.

| Up until a few years ago I'd only seen Spirited Away, but then there was this Miyazaki film marathon on a cartoon channel and I decided to watch. Everything was great, so I'm hoping this one won't disappoint, either. |

I enjoyed it. The art-stlye resembles that of a childrens story-book. Also Ponyo's father is David Bowie, played by Liam Nesson. _________________ Only the strongest will survive.
