Addendum: I might not be sending out the bat signal to the mailing list for a few days at least, I’m still trying to recover the full list from the heinous server crash. Sorry, just FYI.

RSS, sucka’s!

Last time I was on the New York subway, a guy started to talk to me about how amazed he was that I was walking around with bags full of vinyl records. I think he thought I was pretty weird.

If walking around with records in a bag is ment to be werid, god knows what people think when they see me walking around with an rc monster truck on my shoulder, a la boombox style.

Some people are just rude & ignorant though- theres no need to comment or snigger behind someones back about them just cos they’re different…. unless its a really fat ugly person in which case its fine.

Nice work B man, now sedate the wife & kids so you can work on the next comic.

You think YOU get odd looks? try walking around with this lot: [all at the same time]
a lawnmower
a bike seat
a hoodie over one shoulder
a crossbow
a crossbow bolt over one ear
and last but not least, a PC balanced on the lawnmower.
i walked about half a mile with all that. yeah, i got some funny looks.

Bernie, thank God, you’re still alive.

Having just read Rocker’s Wiki entry, I am enlightened. I thought he was merely an asshole. Apparently, he is also a loser.

Heh heh … I remember The John Rocker Incident. What a tool.

Thanks for rescuing aLp, Bernie! I read some of it a while ago, got busy, lost track, & finally came back in the last couple of weeks to catch up on everything I’d missed. You’re a genius. Thanks for making some time to produce a new one–I’m really rooting for those crazy kids Pres & Corinna. ;-)

Yeah, I saw it. This one actually made me laugh more than the other one because I imagined the Ny guy with a surprised-dumbass-voice.

Actually I dunno if that three-panel strip was worth the wait, but reading the stupidity of a celebrity making a comment like that about a city he’ll have to play in again definitely was. :D

Its been several weeks since the comic came up. Or maybe my internet is just messing up.
Are you there?
Distant Person: CPR? I cant even spell it!
*blink* where’d you come from?

June 19, 2007 at 12:29 am

You’d think that people would care less about looks, but in Abe’s case, it’s unavoidable.

ALP Rocks!
cant wait to see more!!

Well, he doesn’t look hot or cool, but because he’s an Alien designed by a great director he gets points for that. Or does he. Well he messes his look up already by being a Predator’s best friend. Which is pretty retarded if you think about it.
