wow that lock and key stuff sure sounds cool…^_^; I like your analyse of the party, I wish you would go to a party and write about it… but I guess its a bit too emberazing to be at one.. “hey there sweetcheeks, may I gently ram my key into your beautiful lock?”

BTW, how come there are not violence in your comics? I mean, you take two of the coolest killings machines out there and I cant find any comics were they actually kill or smash stuff……..

Other than that I like your comic, “HANGMAN, I LIKE HANGMAN” was brilliant. keep up the good work and I might start hitting refresh every 10 minutes on comic days (like I do on chugworth^^;;)

I’ve got a roomate who is majoring in Gender Studies…. (Aka, FEMI-NAZI-studies), and he’s totally going to hear about the “lock&key” dating technique. His profs will probably say it means all women want to be raped.
Huzzah for society!

Hey Bernie,

Just wanted to give you a quick shout. I absolutely love Alien Loves Predator. I live in Brooklyn, and your right on so many counts. The New York dating scene can be so surreal sometimes. All these games…all these different ways to meet people…and so few of it actually works.
Keep it up….you kick ass…and the other two guys do to…i guess…

Just stumbled on to ALP thanks to visiting PlanetAVP, gotta say this is the funniest stuff I’ve ever seen on the net. Big AVP fan, and this just hits the spot. That last strip (#40) is flat out f***ing hilarious. Keep up the great work!

Lock and Key…:-)… I know a bar in Prague where they play similar kind of game (not organized by anybody though). You have to have that fat-and-ugly-as-hell-but-fu**ing-rich look and you just enter the bar and put the car-keys on the bar and wait. The trick is to show to all those I-want-to-be-a-model young girls what kind of car youre driving so they choose you to leave the bar with…
Duh…what a luck that just round the corner is this mexican bar where you can get cheap beer, meet cool girls with dreadlocks and sing Bienvenida Tijuana, tequila, sex y marijuana:-)))
Peace to y’all from Prague

Very funny.

The concept is just genius, an alien and predator living in new york.

Brilliant idea.

Love the comic. Fantastic I say!

About this Lock and Key dating thing though.
Wouldn’t it be weird if you went to one of those things, got your key, and when you found your match it turned out to be your mom?

Wouldn’t it be weird if someone rammed a tree up your ass?

Ang Lee’s “The Ice Storm” (you probably didn’t see it because it isn’t a horror film) from 1998 has a “key party” theme. It also stars Sigourney Weaver.
