Hee, I almost did the same thing. They had AVP at blockbuster for $10. I bought it intending it for someones birthday, but it sitting there, just hard to resist the urge to keep it. :D

“Jabberwocky” is actually contained within Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There. So, it’s not really a stand alone poem.

Nerd Note of interest:
Alice Liddell, the heroine, was the daughter of Henry Liddell, who (with R. Scott) put together A Greek-English Lexicon.

My AiW stuff is a bit rusty...but yes, if I remember correctly, I think you are right. The Jabberwocky was a poem but it was done by the same author who wrote AiW: Lewis Carol.
