“chamchawala” is Indian and it literally means “spoonman”, or “spoonseller”. But it can also mean a person who sucks up to people, a yes-man, a sycophant. If I’m not mistaken, it actually comes from the fact that the Indian Rajs were so decadent that they let themselves being spoonfed by their “chamchawala’s”

Now because LongfordSpoonman’s first post was about always say yes, thereby admitting himself to be a yes-man, I figured his nick alluded to the Indian “Chamchawala”, so I called him that. And when you called him a yes-man, I thought you got the reference.
