Somehow I don’t think they’d like that. :D They really aren’t my type. I like Swedish brunettes and brunettes in general better. Swede #2 reminds me of Lauren Ambrose ([url]http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0024404/) from 6 Feet Under but not as pretty.

On Monday night, I got home to the most sureal experience. They were all on the couch around a laptop while Swede 1 read in a really serious voice the lighthouse and aircraft carrier joke ([url]http://www.snopes.com/military/lighthse.htm).
It’s so weird when people think they are sharing some fresh humour when it’s really ancient.

I haven’t told them I’ve found some friends to move out with and am out of here in 5 weeks. So far, I haven’t decided what reason to give them for moving if they ask.
How about
a) “you and your family have turned this place into a f@#king hostel!”
b) I just don’t belong here
c) this place doesn’t feel like a home
d) I want to live closer to the city

man, claw and jumpman reminds me of the comics i used to make. i ahd one called “Wolf-Man” ab out this nerdy guy (okay he was jsut supposed to be me when i grew up but i assumed iw as goign to look nerdy) who’s walking down the street and finds a necklace that turns him into a were-wolf, but the best part was his enemies were all cyborg were-wolves. i did a few more comics, one aobut a mercenary living in the australian outback who has to save a baby from a hotel full of ninjas, and another about a super spy who steals… something from… somebody… then slides down the side of a casino to escape. the detaisla re hazy because it was mostly just a vehicle for me to draw a guy in a white tuxedo sliding down the sloped edge of a casino at rapid speed with a huge cloud of dust behind him. come to think of it these are actually pretty good ideas… i mean, cyborg were-wolves? that’s gold, baby!

The Nets arena in BKLYN also is being used as Olympic fodder. Not only do I not want the Olympics in NYC, I certainly don’t want them used as an excuse to eminent domain a bunch of lower income housing, in favor of more traffic-luring shit McJobs at the fucking Target and its equivalent evil suburban spawn. Atlantic and Flatbush is already a pain in the ass for traffic, and they want to put a *basketball arena* there? Please. “Hey baby, our SUV strollers don’t stand out enough on 7th Ave in Park Slope anymore. Wanna go to the Childrens’ Place in the new mall on Atlantic?”

Oh, not to mention that they want to tear down the best bar in Brooklyn, Freddy’s, to do it.

Fuck all that shit. And I vote.
