Having lived in Toronto, Canada, then Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, then Chicago, Illinois, I can honestly agree that cold is sexy, and hot is nasty.

In real, decent places -10C (= 13F) is warm. -35C (-50 with wind chill) is when it starts to get nippy.
